We ship across the UK and some countries wolrd wide. 

Discreet shipping (our default)
• Plain, unbranded outer packaging.
• No product names on the label.
• Sender shows our company name only.
• Paperless invoices by email.
• Tamper-evident inner pack.

Delivery options
• Standard Tracked: 1–3 business days.
• Express Tracked: Next business day to most postcodes.
• Temperature-controlled service used where required.
• Saturday delivery available in select areas.

Processing times
• Orders placed before [14:00] ship same day once approved.
• After the cut-off or on weekends/bank holidays: next business day.
• We’ll email tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the pharmacy.

Tracking & notifications
• Real-time tracking link.
• SMS/email delivery window where supported.
• Proof of delivery captured by the courier.

Signature & ID
• A signature may be required for prescription items.
• Couriers cannot leave parcels in unsafe locations.

Address rules
• Provide a full UK street address. No PO Boxes.
• For flats, include building and access details to avoid delays.

Missed delivery
• The courier will attempt redelivery or hold at a local depot.
• Use the tracking link to choose a new slot or pickup point.

Damaged or lost parcels
• Report within 48 hours of delivery window with photos (if damaged).
• We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement where confirmed.

Returns
• For safety, medicines generally cannot be returned once dispatched, except for recalls or our error.
• Contact support for guidance.

• Cold-chain items are packed with validated materials and temperature indicators when needed.
